I got to second another great wedding with Jen Rau. We headed down to Pasadena for a fabulous affair! Cat and Jason were married at Castle Green. It’s such a great old funky building. It’s simply amazing. Cat and Jason met at George Town University so all their friends were college buddies. Everyone had so much fun getting together for a reunion. Good times! It was such a fun crowd :)
I loved this moment with Jen shooting the formals. It looked a scene from a football game with all the photographers on the sidelines :)
Cat & Jason practicing their first dance before the guests come in :)
I heard through the grapevine that I have a new blog stalker! One of the groomsmen from Aubrey and Anh Tuan’s Wedding is just dying to see the groomsmen on the blog! I’ll show the guys some love. The bride isn’t the only one to make the blog! The rest of the pictures are being held hostage until someone makes me some more Phở!
Groom formals taken by my assistant Kate :) I was off with Aubrey. Candids are mine though!
Lisa and Phil were married at the Los Angeles River Center. It looked sooo magical all lite up at night. The wedding was beautiful! I have a special thing for dramatic skies and christmas lights at night. I loved it!!! I really hope I get to shoot another wedding there!
You might remember this family from Carrie and Joel’s wedding. I had the pleasure of photographing Carrie’s sister Sarah. Devon is the cutest kid ever! She loves coins. She was a real pleasure to play with on the pier.
Alica and Michael had one rockn’ wedding! It was hot! It was the real definition of the “O.C.”. I second shot for awesome Sean Watson. All the bridesmaids got ready at La Casa Del Camino hotel in cute silk robes. It was sooooo fun to shoot the getting ready pics! The first glance was done at the bluff right behind the hotel. It was beautiful and amazing! The best shots were of Mike carrying Alica down the rocky bluff for the right pic. Gotta love that!
The ceremony was held at the Community Church, UCC in Corona Del Mar. The ceremony was great… the bride and groom sped off in a Lamborghini. I was so excited to get to take pics of that! Mike even let Sean drive it! So cool!
