Steve was invited to a friends wedding on Saturday and of course I was working my own wedding. Even though I didn’t get to go to the wedding with him I had to get some pictures of him in his suit. I just think he looks soooo handsome! Sorry ladies… he’s taken ;)
Gia and Tyler were married at Los Posas Country Club in Camarillo. It was one of the hottest days of the year but that did stop them from having a fabulous wedding! My favorite part of the day was taking Gia and Tyler back out to the green for some more pictures before the sun went down. We discovered that some of the guest found the driving range. Gia had to go down there and show them how it was done ;) There is just something about a bride swinging a golf club! Luv it!

It’s just the week for albums! I just got Nolan’s album inn and it’s a little cutie. I I though ahead to take some pictures of it this time :) It’s such a great way to capture a 6 month old. I always enjoy seeing what the pictures look like printed out, but it really doesn’t compare to how good images look in a fine art album. The mat pages just make the colors pop and the black and whites are so crisp.

I just shipped out Bree and Kevin’s album. I wish I would have thought to take a picture of it!!! It turned out so cute! They ordered a parent album to match. I just had to share these pages with you!

Her creative style got us rave reviews from all we sent holiday cards to. You can be sure that we'll use her again this year. I wish I would have known about her when I got married 7 years ago...

My album is absolutely stunning and people who weren't at the wedding say that after looking at the album, they get a complete sense of what the atmosphere was like. Chelsea takes the most amazing candid shots. If I ever need a professional photographer, she is my girl!

- Me: Type A personality - very detail-oriented, obsessive, and persistent.
Chelsea: Accomodating, punctual, responsive, efficient, and creative.
Me+Chelsea = good wedding match.
We had 320 guests. I am quite sure that at least 300 of them appeared in at least one of our pictures in some way.
She is a great photojournalist and that's what won us over. However, after seeing our pictures, I am even more in LOVE with our formal portraits. I was afraid that our venue (a hotel) didn't offer enough photo-op spots. However, Chelsea amazed us with what she captured. She takes very basic backdrops and captures it sooo well.
She and her second shooter were very unintrusive and professional.
We had Chelsea design a large 36x24 poster collage of our e-sesssion and our guests loved it. People were taking photographs of our poster!
After the wedding, we were pleasantly surprised by all of the surprises we received from Chelsea. Our proof album is awesome. Even though I've viewed the slideshow many, many times and have been through the proofs a couple of times, it is so exciting and heart-warming to see them printed in the album. We can't wait to see our coffee table album and are confident Chelsea will amaze us again with how she portrays our wedding.

Her professionalism coupled with her creativity created a comfortable atmosphere for my family. She captured the small moments in my childrens eyes that are only seen by a child. We are not the most photogenic people to photograph, so I knew she had her work cut out for her. I want to say she used "miracle cameras", but no, it was Chelsea herself. She is so talented with an incredible eye at capturing special moments. I am so happy to have met her, and have such amazing pictures, which we will cherish for a lifetime. Thank you Chelsea!

She is so sweet and kind that she felt more like one of our friends than our photographer. My husband nicknamed her the paparazzi because every time there was a special moment she was there with her camera. I would recommend her to anyone except for my worst enemy... they don't deserve the beauty she captures in her photographs. I can't wait to have her photograph us again.

I absolutely hate having my picture taken, but aside from the formal shots for our wedding, we didn't even know she and her assistant were there! She has a great eye for unique and interesting shots and she makes everything look so beautiful. I highly recommend her, and we plan on hiring her again, hopefully for a maternity shoot ;)
November 23, 2008 - 3:36 pm - Chelsea did an amazing job shooting our wedding. She was open to listening to our ideas and the details that we thought were important to document. The shots were artistic and moving. The photo-editing that Chelsea does after she has the images is excellent. She made the colors pop and created spectacular black and whites. She also has been a great help after the event was over, responding quickly to emails and requests for images. I highly recommend her. We couldn't have been happier with our choice on such a special day. Thank you, Chelsea.

April 30, 2009 - 7:43 pm - Chelsea is an amazing photographer and captured so many candid and precious moments at our wedding. The quality of her work is superb and she does an fabulous job at capturing every special moment.
Liz and Eric had an amazing fun filled wedding at the Pierpont Inn in Ventura. Liz got to enjoy the rose cottage for her getting ready. That cottage was so cute I want to just book it for the weekend sometime and get away. The ceremony was amazing. Liz’s Uncle married her and I alway love it when there is a personal connection. The rose garden really is beautiful. Your kinda tucked away and it feels really private. Afterwards we got some great portraits and the headed in for the reception. The dance floor was hopping all night :)

The ceremony was held in Maguire Gardens right next to Pinot and below the LA library.
Aren’t these the cutest flower girls? They were really hamming it up!
The highlight of the night was when the USC Trojan marching band made a surprise appearance at the reception. The bridal party and a lot of the guests just went crazy! Lots of USC alumni in the crowd. Tons of school spirit! Tons of fun :)

There is nothing like a good coffee break when you work on your computer all day long. One of the things I like to distract me is facebook. It’s where I can catch up with all my photographer friends. One of the things that I totally dig is my flair. This reminds me of when I was in high school and my backpack was covered in pins from wild planet. Each pin makes such a statement as to all the things that fascinate me. I love my Italy, Golden Spoon, Fashion, Photography and all the random flair! I need to make some “Chelsea Elizabeth” flair!
June got off to a great start with a fabulous wedding at the Adamson House in Malibu for Jen Rau. The Adamson House is actually a national park located on prime Malibu beach. The old historic house is amazing. My favorite part was the amazing light coming through the ceremony site. This wedding had two of my favorite location ingredients, great architecture and great light! Patina was catering so you know the food was going to be super yummy and beautiful.
I love this bouquet! White peonies are my favorite!
Mocha was the perfect bridesmaid! I can’t wait to have a dog :)
They passed the rings along a string through the guests. It was such a great idea!
