Maggie and Greg were married a year ago and Maggie wanted a Anniversary portrait.  I think this is such a good idea! I love any excuse to put your wedding dress on again.  Maggie wanted to head to downtown Pasadena and start with this Pink Wall.  Much to our surprise we found this awesome lime  green wall too.  I was in heaven with that lime green wall! It went so well with Maggie’s pink sash!  After downtown pasadena we traveled over to Pasadena City Hall for some more portraits.  One of my favorite spots in Pasadena is this old brick wall with moss growing on it.  I’m so glad Maggie got her fabulous Anniversary portraits!

I was so excited to take the Westfall’s portraits again this year! The kids have gotten so big!  Last year’s mini-session was so cute and this year’s portrait session in Agoura was just as fun.  Yay! This family portrait session was held at a private family estate in Malibu. I just love getting any opportunity to photograph in a vineyard and this one is a special treat.  Malibu has such great architecture and landscape that finding places to photograph family and children is so easy. I just love these terra cotta walls & grassy landscapes.   Of course, I just love putting a vintage feel to these timeless family portraits!

I’m so excited that this has become a family tradition for the Taylor family for their Malibu summer vacation. I just love seeing the kids grow up!

Hayden Elizabeth had the cutest autumn baby mini-session. The portraits are to capture how cute Miss Hayden Elizabeth is at 3 months.  Since it’s getting to be fall we got some autumn pumpkin props to celebrate the season.  Thousand Oaks is such a fabulous place to live. We are so blessed with so many parks and valleys with tons of open space for yummy light.  I love these photographs since they show her just learning how to hold her head up. She’s just trying so hard!  The other portrait when she just couldn’t hold it up any longer.  Of course you can’t have a baby portrait without capturing that fabulous gummy grin!  Watch out though.. those teeth are coming soon!

The Santa Ynez valley is one of may favorite places on earth!  Janine and Kekona had an amazing Los Olivos vineyard wedding at Fess Parker Winery & Vineyard.  Wine country weddings are just so special!  I just love taking the Bride and Groom into the vines for some portraits.  We even headed into the nice air conditioned barrel room for a few photographs. Fess Parker has some perfectly full tall vines.  I love Janine’s mason jar and hydrangea details.  I hope everyone got some Santa Ynez wine tasting in!

I love Zoe’s gold wedding dress!  it was so romantic, whimsical and fit her just perfect!  Zoe and Joel were married at St. Maximilian Kolbe church and had their reception at the Westlake Village Inn. It was so great that Zoe sang at the wedding and then Joel serenaded her with his saxophone at the reception. That is going to be one musical family! :)
