Santa Barbara Elopement in courthouse mural room.
Tasha and Jason were married at the beautiful historic Santa Barbra Courthouse. If you have never been to this awesome site, it’s a must see! Visitors from all over the world travel to see this location and hundreds of people come to get married at the Mural Room. There is so much history among these buildings dated back from the 1920’s. The blue, green details on the ceiling are so pretty with the antique chandeliers. The structure of the building and architecture is a photographer’s dream come true!
Tasha and Jason planned a destination wedding with the vision of getting married at the courthouse and then over to the beach for wedding pictures in the sand near the ocean. It was a simple, easy plan in an ideal location of Santa Barbra. Unfortunately, for the couple the weather did not adhere to their plans and a crazy Spring storm set in on the days before and throughout their wedding day. Tasha did not get the wedding beach pictures she dreamed of, but their images turned out amazing! So romantic and intimate!! I just love looking through these images as you can truly feel the love and emotion between this happy couple and you would never, ever know they wedding day was invaded by rain. The overcast gloomy day made for some awesome natural lighting :)
The couple has so much style and class with their attire. The bride was gorgeous in her wedding dress. I love the lace details with the silver sash. She looked so sweet with her darling flats. The groom looked classy in his suspenders, cowboy hat and rockin’ cowboy boots. A match made in heaven.
Love, love, love this image of the couple on the bench. The natural light was so perfect!
Stairs are always so much fun! Look a that design and detail on the walls.
