I had a great time at the Your Wedding Day spring launch party this week! It was held at the Santa Barbara Natural History Museum in Santa Barbara and it was elegant! All of the details were divine! I look forward to seeing all of these designers at my weddings this year. I really enjoyed seeing all the chairs that you can rent for events. Chameleon Chair really raised the bar when it comes to chair rentals! The food was so yummy! There was fine cusine at a few stations but my favorite was the curried macaroni and cheese. I’m such a comfort food junkie! The music from 11H Entertainment was amazing! I love the way they fused a live band and DJ in one service. Since I’m such a wine lover I really enjoyed finding Bottle Notes. It’s a bridal wine registry. I love the idea! I wish I would have know about it when i got married. I would have really enjoyed a wine club as a present. The candy bar at was a total hit! Epicurean Umbrella really makes a fabulous dessert bar! The Wedding Gallery was fabulous! I really enjoyed seeing it!!!

JC (Carley Photography) and I’ve arrived in Tampa! We are here to shoot a wedding that JC has at the Don Ceasar hotel. I can’t wait!!! I event booked a Trash the Dress session in Florida :)
We are having a great time staying at the Sirata. The first night we headed out for some mexican food… but ran into tons of Cuban resturants…. so when in rome! JC was craving chips and salsa. No luck. They had a two for one special on margaritas…. it turned out it was two per person! Let the good times roll ;)
Our long walk on the beach hoping to reach the Don Ceasar… the moon was amazing. So romantic ;)
I took a Sunday off! It was fabulous. Steve & I headed down to Long Beach to watch the start of the Transpac Yacht Race. The race leaves out of Long Beach and ends in Honolulu, Hawaii. What a race! We headed out on Colt 45. It was nice to see the boat that Steve & Matt usually race on. We were lucky enough to sail out to the start of the line. The boats were amazing! Of course I took my telephoto lens, no we weren’t really that close ;)

While in Atlantic City I had an awesome opportunity to play model for two fabulous photographers. We went out on the boardwalk and had some good times! We had so much fun! I learned a lot from being on the other end of the camera for once. I really miss these guys ;)

After hitting the beach bar on the boardwalk in Atlantic City we starting playing with the camera. We had so much fun it took us 2 hours to walk 3 blocks down the boardwalk. It was hilarous! We got some good shots. It was great to brainstorm and throw ideas off of each other. Crazy times :) I love these girls! I wish they lived closer to me.
I arrived in Atlantic City! Everyone was staying at the Trump Taj Mahal. I have to thank the Donald cause the rooms are fat! The beds are so comfortable…. although I’ve only seen them for a few hours ;) hehehhe
When I first got there everyone met up at the Hard Rock cafe for dinner. It was great to meet everyone. We all headed over to the board walk to see Melissa & Leslie get launched in the rocket.
JC and I thought it looked like so much fun that we had to join in! I figured since I even considered the idea I should go for it before my senses get the better of me!

I love to travel. Give me a rental car and my camera and I’m a happy camper! I love discovering new places. I flew into Philadelphia and got a rental car to head to New Jersey. I’m off to Atlantic City for a photography seminar. I’m having a fabulous time. More blogging to come!
